First up, Sales Consultant, Allison Wallace. She’s been a member of the NewStyle team since May, acting as the Sales Assistant for Sales Director, Emily Holland. She is also the on-line sales counselor who takes all incoming calls from the website, and sets up appointments for each community.
Allison’s goal is to make the home buying process as smooth as possible for incoming homeowners. “My favorite part of the job is being able to give each buyer the reassurance they need from beginning to end. I provide picture updates weekly and always keep the lines of communication open.”
What do you like most about working with 55-plus homeowners?
Working with the 55+ demographic is extremely rewarding. I really enjoy learning about their lives and what has led them to us. All of our prospective buyers have worked really hard to get to where they are now. To be able to provide them with a completely maintenance-free lifestyle is what makes our jobs so great.
What do you think separates NewStyle Communities from other homebuilders? For one thing, the quality our all brick homes and the workmanship behind each and every one of them are very unique. And being able to provide our buyers with a completely maintenance-free lifestyle is something no other builder offers.
