U.S. National Whitewater Center 4th of July Celebration

Come out all day Saturday and Sunday and enjoy a peaceful vibe that includes yoga, live music, the center’s usual recreational activities, and fireworks each night to close out the celebration. Activities start daily at 9 a.m.
WBT Skyshow

Enjoy this popular fireworks show immediately following the Charlotte Knights baseball game (first pitch at 6:05 p.m.). The last Skyshow was in 2019 so this experience is long-awaited! If you can’t attend the game you can also watch the fireworks from Romare Bearden Park.
Carowinds Celebrate America Fireworks Show

The Carolinas’ Premier Entertainment Destination puts on a fantastic fireworks show accompanied by lots of fanfare and an all-American soundtrack. Enjoy a day of amusement park fun with the family and then see the show from anywhere in the park! Fireworks begin at 8:45 p.m.
Town of Harrisburg 4th of July Celebration

This two-day festival in the Town of Harrisburg — just 45 minutes from The Courtyards of Tega Cay — includes a parade on Saturday, a headlining band on Sunday, and fireworks each night. The parade begins Saturday at 9 a.m.

Just a 30-minute drive from The Courtyards at Tega Cay, the Town of Indian Trail hosts a lively parade that starts at Post Office Drive and ends at Old Monroe Road. If you want to be IN the parade, the cost is only $25! Parade starts at 11:30 a.m.
4th of July Dog Parade

Your fur friends like a fun parade just as much as you! Dress them up (if they let you) in their most festive attire and head to Pineville Lake Park for a parade, Patriotic Dog Costume Contest, vendors, and a photo booth. Events begin at 2 p.m.
